nobody, i mean nobody even try to get back to me regarding my concern. they may have fired the agent that got me in but they never informed me and when i want to change by deleting one coverage and adding a new one, no one cared to follow up. take care of your customers guys, i am definitely not renewing through you but you may save others.

To be honest, I was a bit hesitant about applying for a Citibank credit card via Moneymax but I gave it a shot and luckily I got approved. I really appreciate the welcome gift they gave me (which I selected) the Delonghi Espresso Maker. Waited for 4 months to receive it and it's all worth it. I super loved the espresso maker and I can now enjoy making a good cup of coffee. I also appreciate their customer support team who has been very helpful when I was making a follow-up with my welcome gift. THANK YOU MONEYMAX! Highly recommended.
Their egift promo is enticing, so I tried applying for a CC through Moneymax and got approved last month. Been emailing back and forth with their agent but until now I haven't got the egift and the agent no longer responded to my email. Seems like I got scammed, guess I'll have to contact DTI about this. 🤷♀️
Edit: Up until now I haven't got a response from them. Was advised by DTI to file a formal complaint so I guess I will be doing that instead of waiting and maybe bring this to the attention of the media to serve as warning to others who are gullible like me. 🫤
I got approved of a CC last February and now it’s June. It’s been 4 months of follow ups. They’re unresponsive. All you get is a response in template - and in loop. Poor customer service. Phone hotline’s not working. Totally a scam!
Good thing I got a receipt confirmation of my complaint in DTI.
No response from their team/ Theyre very active when making you sign up for a new credit card but when it comes to sending the e-gift they'll ignore you completely.

Emailing back and forth for months it's already been like 6 months. I highly Do NOT recommend them. Worse service, they have so many excuses, everything is so inefficient with their welcome gift promo. I would have rather gone to the bank directly than be annoyed by them.
